Members of the subscriber program pay an annual fee to access the library’s collections and fee-based document delivery service. Annual membership begins July 1 and expires June 30 each year. New mid-term members will be charged a prorated portion of the annual total. Membership fees are assessed using the following scale:
- Individual/Solo Practitioner ($150/year)
- Government/Educational Institution ($150/year)
- Small Firm (15 or fewer attorneys) ($250/year)
- Medium Firm (16-50 attorneys) ($325/year)
- Large Firm (50+ attorneys) ($400/year)
With the exception of the Individual/Solo Practitioner category, each member may have up to four free authorized borrowers. Additional authorized borrowers may be added for $25/borrower. Most law firms designate a librarian as the authorized borrower so that one person can track all materials and expenses.
After you have been accepted as a subscriber (all fees paid & application submitted), you can check-out circulating materials from the Library’s collection or request copies through Document Services. Subscribers pay nothing to check-out materials. Photocopies charges are based on turn-around time.
